Garage, water pump, barn wiring questions
My barn currently doesn't have electricity and I want to wire it with 2 light fixtures and a receptacle. The garage (detached from house) has a sub panel and is closer to the barn than the service panel, so the circuit for the barn will be coming from here.
Here is a picture of my garage panel. It is fed from a 30 amp two-pole breaker on the service panel by AWG 2 aluminum wires and no EGC.

First I have two related questions:
1) Should the ground in the garage panel be bonded to the neutral bus, since the garage isn't fed with an EGC from the service panel?
2) The yellow romex cable coming into the panel at the top is for a septic->leech field pump. Both the neutral and ground wires are connected to the neutral bus. Should the ground wire be connected to the ground at the bottom of the panel instead?
Back to the barn project:
My water reservoir+pump is right next to the barn (100 feet from the garage), and its circuit comes through a buried 1-inch PVC conduit from the garage panel (fed by 10 AWG wires from the 20 amp two-pole breaker at upper-left of garage panel)
Ideally I would just take power from the existing circuit at the pump, is this impossible because the pump circuit is 240v and has no neutral wire?
If I need to run new wires, the underground conduit between garage and pump is 1 inch pvc about 100 feet long with one bend, can/should I put new wires through this with a fish tape?

I don't see a main breaker/disconnect at your detached garage subpanel, is there a disconnect ahead of the panel. You have more than 6 circuits so a disconnect is required.
