Outdoor outlet problem

Outdoor outlet has lost power. No power coming into the box so I am trying to find the origination point. Location is on the patio outside of the kitchen. Original construction outlet. I checked the indoor outlet closest to the outdoor and found it has no tail. The outdoor outlet does not have it's own breaker. As a rule of thumb, to what circuit would the outdoor outlet be attached? The kitchen cabinets are on the interior side and the building is stucco construction so I don't want to go fishing.
Thanks.

Look every where ,inside and out, basement and garage, behind things that haven't been moved in yeas for a tripped GFCI receptacle. Start with little used bathrooms.
