Brush-less generator no voltage output from one side of alternator???
The other night there was a power outage, I started my Generac PP5000T brush-less generator and let it warm up before I transferred the power over. I noticed that the kitchen lights were very dim so I checked the generator and all appeared fine, however when I went back inside the kitchen lights were not on. I then checked the 220volt output of the generator and discovered that it was only putting out voltage from one 110 volt leg of the alternator the other leg had no voltage output. I then checked the voltage from the duplex receptacle one outlet had 110 volts but the other outlet had no voltage. Any ideas as to what the problem may be and how I can troubleshoot the no voltage condition would be appreciated.
Thanks to all

Your generator is shown to contain brushes in the owners manual.
There are two windings that supply the 240v power. The windings are 120v each and the common is tied together for the neutral. I couldn't post the wiring diagrams here with enough detail for them to be useful. The link below is the owners manual and on pages 13 and 14 are the wiring diagrams.
It should be pretty easy to check the windings and the wiring to the receptacles.
