connecting multiple grounds in junction box

I need to connect 3 separate grounds in a junction box.
The box has 4 screws at the back.
Can I just connect reach ground to a separate screw or should all grounds be directly connected to each other?
As it's a metal junction box I presume it doesn't matter as any screw will ground to the other.

You should connect one wire to an installed green ground screw in the back of the box and then twist all the grounds together and cover with a marette.

Need help please wiring new light to existing switch.

[color=blue]Mod Note: Poster is in the UK.[/color] Hello, I have added a light in the garden and wired that straight to that existing switch which controls a ceiling light in the kitchen. So I changed the switch first from 2 way 1 gang to a 2 way two gang because I would like to control control the two light separately. So there is only one power source which is the ceiling light and I have that wired the live wire (brown) to COM and neutral wire to L1. This works just fine and ceiling light work. But I can't figure out how to wire the garden light. How can I wire it so I can use to light from one power source (ceiling light) and control them separately. I tried few option one of them works. Need help identifying & replacing old Cutler Hammer 15 A 3 pole subpanel breaker

One of the breakers in my home subpanel that feeds 1/4 of the house is bad. I've searched high and low for a replacement. The subpanel gets two 110V feeds from the main panel. Each 110V wire attaches to the line side of the CH breaker. There are 3 internal 15 amp breakers that feed 3 circuits in the house. Please see attached photo. Info from the breaker is: Cutler Hammer 3 pole breaker Type MB 15 amp The left one has an "Issue No. M-62" label On the side the following is stamped: “96-130-33” and “0-1 1C1” & The right one has an "Issue No. L-75" label On the side the following is stamped: “96-129-33” and “1-1 1C0” I would love to find a form fit and function replacement.
