nicked conductors

Im kinda OCD about electrical stuff. I noticed another quirk today with my service.

The service wires in the panel are stranded #3. You can see where the electricians stripper or knife nicked the conductors at the point where the insulation is cut.

There are not strands missing or anything but on a few strands you can see a slight nicking or marking of the copper.

I know pictures would help, but generally, is that something to worry about?

A slight marking or nicking of the strands will not present a problem. It's pretty hard to strip larger wiring without marking the copper.
