Paint and conduit?
I had a boy from the neighborhood doing some landscaping here. He was digging in the mulch beds and uncovered a large metal pipe that I assume carries the AC to my detached garage. He didn't damage the pipe but for some reason he took it upon himself to spray paint it. So my question is, does spray paint make a pipe deteriorate faster? Is it any less electrically grounded with a coat of paint on it?
