Low voltage cables question

The low voltage cables for my Air Conditioner and Furnace are run next to each other. I was putting up a drop ceiling and I zip tied the two cables together. Is there any harm in doing so?

I would guess no, but I wanted to make sure.

I also zip tied a portion of the cable to metal conduit with line voltage wires inside of it. Is it ok to have low voltage cable running along the outside of a metal conduit?

Cable tying the low voltage wires together is fine.
According to code..... no wires are to be fastened to the outside of the conduits.

Low voltage control cables that are controlling equipment, it is allowed to be supported by the conduits that is serving power to that equipment. 300.11(B)(2)
