Super simple wiring question (almost)

I took apart a broken carpet/floor dryer i use at work to clean and didnt pay attention to the wiring of the 3 speed swtich/power cord to the motor and need some help. I imagine this is super simple but i havent got a clue.
So heres what im lookin at.... Its not letting me upload any pictures right now so please bare with this explanation...
There are 5 wires coming out of the motor. Red, white, blue, black, yellow, and white. They all have female wire connectors attached.

The power cord has 3 wires coming out. Black, with a female connector, a green one and a yellow one both with male connectors.

The 3 speed switch has 4 male connectors marked, 0 which is on a side by itself. then on the other side its marked 2,4,3,1 but 4 does not have a connector

I wish it would just let me upload the picture

The wiring diagram (as best explained as I know how)

WHT--(has line going strait across leading into nothing but ending with a small dot
BLK(H)--Has line leading into (box) then diagonally down, then straight out of the back of the (box)
BLU(M)---Has line leading into the box then ending with small dot
RED(L)---Same as BLU just beneath it

I apologize for this cluster of craziness but its the best i got without the use of pictures, If anyone can help id really appreciate it. If theres anything more detailed or specific i can answer please let me know

Have you tried this method of loading pictures? http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...your-post.html

Unless your pictures are the size of the Ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, it should allow you to post them.
