unusual readings on AC circuit

I have a kitchen circuit with a GFCI outlet that feeds 2 other outlets. The load line coming in reads Hot/Gnd reversed with a plug in tester. I isolated the line coming in and read 119vac (hot to gnd) but only 60vac hot to neutral. What could cause this?

Most likely is a loss of the neutral. Hot-ground reversal on a plug-in tester usually means a lost neutral.
