New 100amp subpanel

Looking to install a new 100amp sub-panel in my basement. House is less than 10 yrs old, but the previous owners did not finish the basement. Currently it has all of 2 outlets in the entire basement. I would like to finish off then basement and would like to install a 100amp sub-panel. The main panel is 200 amp with 5 empty slots, but its located on the far wall of our attached garage. Which is about a 75' away from where i would like the new sub-panel to be in the basement. The basement (2000sq ft) will have an office, media room, 3 piece bathroom, workout room, storage room, and hobby room. Any recommendation on the panel type/brand and wire size for this distance? Thanks for any advise you may have.

Without further information on the loads a 50 or 60 amp panel should be enough power for the basement and still leave room for expansion.

Most brands of panels seem to be reliable. I would match the existing panel brand.
