I currently own a home that is anbout 10 years old, the garage is unfinished and not insulated. There is only One small light and one receptical inthe garage. I want to attempt to add florecent lights, several recepticals, telephone wire, additonal recepticals for tools, refridgerator and Cat5 for internet access. I have never done this before. How would I completely wire the garage ?

well, it sounds like you'd need to investigate the power available there now first. Most likley you will need to supply additional circuits from your electrical panel.

Your question is so broad, only a book can cover it all. Go to the library or Home Depot and get a few books on home wiring. One key question is whether your breaker panel is in the garage and whether it has excess capacity -- if so, this job will be easy. It would also be lucky if your telephone network interface box were on the outside garage wall.
