Help with wiring a motor

I have a Doerr Electric LR 13758 1/3 hp 1725 RPM motor.
It can be wired for 115v or 230v according to the plate. But I'm not having any luck.
Other numbers on the plate that might be helpful.

Thank you that did the trick. I thought I had followed the diagram the first time but I must have mixed up a wire. The motor runs smoothly and starts every time
Thanks again.

Is there an easy way to reverse it?
Yes, interchange 2 leads. They are given on the label.
