Removing old pipe with wires in it (outside home)?

Hi,

So I have an old rusty green pipe with wires at the top that seem to be taped off.
Im assuming they were cut and a new (updated to code) live wire replaced it.
This pipe runs down the house to the basement. I need to remove it so I can finish building the garage roof and this pipe is in the way.

Can I take my grinder and cut the pipe and contents inside of it?

Here is a video of the pipe.

Sure, why not? I would advise you find the other end of the pipe and be sure the wires are disconnected before you start cutting though.
