Garage Sub Panel Planning

I am adding a sub panel in my attached garage. I have plenty of open slots in the main 200 amp panel. The distance from main to subpanel is about 75 feet. I will have 2/3 electrical outlet and lighting circuits and a compressor that needs 20 A to start. I will also be adding a 230 v outlet for my hobart 180 welder. It says 19.5 A on the unit for required input. 230 v a/c. My question is what size breaker on the main, what size wire to the panel and what size breaker for the 230 v circuit for welder?

I'd use a 60 amp breaker to feed the subpanel. I would recommend 6-3 NM-B cable (aka 6-3 W/G romex) for the feeder; it must be a 4-wire feeder. I believe I'd use #10 wire for the welder on a 25 amp breaker.
