Raised metal duplex cover for 4-11/16 box

I have used the half inch raised metal duplex covers in the past for standard 4" boxes which were attached directly to the wall in a basement or garage.

Do the same covers exist for 4 11/16 boxes?
I can't seem to find them readily available
I know the work around would be the 4" adapter plate but then I would have to use the plastic cover
Which will look odd on the surface mounted box.

Note- i was able tho find one doing a search sold by platt
But they were ridiculous expensive.
Any thoughts

Yes, they are expensive because they aren't often used in the industry. Most contractors use the 1900 boxes and covers. The 1900 covers are more competitively priced because of the high volume sold. Any supply house should have them.

They can be hard to find, especially in odd configurations. I have had good luck ordering single pieces through Ace Hardware when the supply house wanted me to buy a whole case. Go through the Raco catalog to find the part number you need (Raco Catalog), then take that to the hardware or supply house to order it.
