Recess an outlet in solid concrete wall

I got pulled into a stupid ideal of recess an outlet into a solid concrete wall .
This house was build in 1926 two story home , the inside wall of this home is solid concrete ,there is an outlet on the other side of this wall seems like there is a small space for this . I got thinking at first the wall was plaster and lath because it was on the inside and in the middle of the house but no the owner said it is concrete.
The thickness of the wall is about 18 inches. the owner of this house is my wife s best friend and that how I got pulled into this job .. ..any ideals would be welcome thanks George

Recessing a receptacle box in solid concrete probably won't happen. How will you run the wires? An inside wall 18" thick concrete is not normal. I'd explore the existing hole to see what it is surrounded by and how they ran their wires. Now, if it is cmu, then you can just cut a hole in a void of the block and hopefully run wiring down the cavities.
