Magnetic Charger problem

Hello

I have a charger of microsoft Tablet: surface pro 1 making some problems.
It don't always charge. I have to move the wire randomly to make it charge.

it's a magnetic plug (in te mac style)
The plastic cover went away by itself and I discovered that the inner wire are weird.
some of them are cluttered together and not soldered.

I'm a complete noob in terms of electronics or electric

& considering that this kind of charger is not sold in my region. I wanted some advices on how to handle this.
should I those wire cluster to the first point ?

output : 12V - 3.58A

thanks for any help

Welcome to the forums from Tunisia.

You're going to need a soldering iron to repair that wiring. I would take a sharp knife and slit the black casing so that you can see what color wire connects to which contact before they break off.
