Does anyone know where I might get this type of switch repaired or replaced?

It controlled a skylight. 110 ac current was converted to dc current which then reached this switch which controlled a motor at the skylight. The ac was converted to 24v dc prior to the actual switch. The wiring to and from the switch works as does the motor by the skylight. Tried to get this switch refurbished but couldn't.

Do you know the mfg.and have you tried to contact them? Is this a shade and is it controlled by radio frequency or is there a wire connected to the motor?
