240v 750 watt ele baseboard heater wire size

I would assume that with electric baseboard heater using only one 750 watt at 240 v a 14/2 dedicated 15 amp circuit is good by code. I did not know if there is minimum of 12/2 on 20 amp even if only drawing 750 watts
Thnx

14/2 would be perfect.

You are looking at a load of around 3 amps.

Thanks for confirmation.
Just wanted to be sure code did not dictate a minimum of 20 amp with a 12/2
