Spa panel wiring

I will be mounting a gfci spa panel on the exterior of my brick home and I'm wondering what needs to be done to secure the NMD that comes from inside the house into the panel? Do I need to stub into the house with pcv with a bushing on the end?

Bring the cable into the back of the disconnect with a cable clamp. If you don't use a block like an MM-10, use a horseshoe of duct seal behind the disconnect.
