Receptacle/USB Charger
Hello,
The NEC says that a duplex receptacle is 180VA. What about a duplex receptacle that also has two USB inputs for charging. What would you put in the panelboard schedule for a load?
The cutsheet says that the receptacle has a charging capability of 3.6a.

The NEC provides a recommended general-load provision of 3W per square foot of living space and the "6/12" rule for minimum spacing of receptacles, but there is no per-receptacle load stated in the NEC.
Anything plugged into USB chargers would fall into the "general load" category, just like lamps, TVs, personal computers and the various other stuff plugged in living areas.
