Can I put Zoeller pump and battery back up on 20Amp circuit

I have a Zoeller M98 sump pump...the spec says it uses 4.7 to 9.4Amp.
I have also just installed Basement Sentry - their battery back up pump system. The battery is connected to their special charging unit that says 12V 10Amp

The unit plugs in into regular outlet of course but it doesn't say how much it draws.... it only says that it outputs 12V and 10Amp.

Can the primary pump and the battery charger with backup pump be on 20Amp circuit ?

Thanks!

The installation instructions show the AC pump and the charger unit plugged into two different receptacles but no mention is made of this fact in the installation text.

The charger only draws a few amps so technically they both can be on a 20A circuit.
