Very small batteries and connecting it

Not sure if right forum.I have to connect a cr2025 battery to a circuit.Is there any glue that would make the connection. The old battery died and really do not want to use soldering iron on a battery that small.

If you could scrounge up one of the sockets they snap into you could solder to that.
I also got a lot of hits using "conductive glue" or "conductive tape"

You could make a a flat disc of solder on the end of each wire, cool, pinch it on the battery, and just hit it with a wrap or two of electrical tape.

You didn't give us much info as to the use but in addition to battery holders you can get tabbed cells.
Just search for CR2025 with tabs.

Get the tabbed cells. I tried soldering to a CR2025 and the heat boiled some of the electrolyte out. I couldn't get it hot enough to melt solder without destroying the battery. That's why they are spot-welded

Determining Specs for Servo & Arduino - Car Customization

Hi, this is my first time on this forum. Not sure if this is the right section for my question, but here it goes. I have a 2012 VW GTI, and I want to install power folding mirrors for the car based on the push of a button. The typical way to do this is to buy aftermarket side mirrors, install a new door wiring harness, and program it with the VCDS (designed to program VW's). However, the cost of the entire bundle is $700+ which is ridiculous, so I decided that I might try to do everything myself and keep the system independent from the other systems in the vehicle. I'm planning on installing two servo motors, one in each of the side view mirrors (there is some space inside the mirror housing), and wire them to an arduino board that has the PWM limits programmed. I'll be running the wires through the window panel along with the wire for adjusting the power mirrors. The program will be triggered through the press of a button. I have a few questions before I do this - 1) Will this even work, and be reliable? 2) I've used servos for steering miniature cars, and these servos required 3.3 volts (I think). I'm not too familiar with servos otherwise, and would like suggestions on servos which are compact, but produce enough torque to turn the mirrors. 3) I want to put these on a mini breadboard, wired straight to an open spot in the car's fuse panel, which is feeding it 12V. What do I need to know about feeding 12V to the arduino and the two servos? 4) Is there any better/smarter way to do this, and any important factors I am missing? Need help with switch and outlet connections (think of it as a fun puzzle?)

Hello all, I am currently in the middle of a remodel of my home. During all of the excitement we decided to widen a doorway to a walkway. The section of wall removed included: [LIST]one three way switch (other one being on the other side of the room untouched)[/LIST] [LIST]an outlet on one side[/LIST] [LIST]another outlet on the other side[/LIST] [LIST]two coaxial outlets for tv[/LIST] As shown in this figure (currently, the studs and everything are removed and ceiling patched): [ATTACH]50762[/ATTACH] The figure might be hard to see, so I included a rough sketch of what is shown: [ATTACH]50764[/ATTACH] However, I did something really dumb and didn't take more pictures or mark the connections within the electrical boxes. I had to pull all wires from outlets and switches in order to complete the wall removal. I guess I assumed that I would be able to figure it out later. Well I have failed to figure it out so far. I need help knowing how the connections were made previously. Currently, all wires are exposed and not connected to anything (power is off). I have attached another sketch with the wires as they currently are with letters next to each. I'm hoping some of you electrical experts will know what letters need to be connected to each other (for example wires ahi need to be together, not sure if that is true just an example).
