Inspection report says mismatched breakers

I sent over a copy of the inspection. What does he mean by mismatched? Does just the 30amp breaker on the bottom left side need to be changed to 15 or 20 because of the gauge of the wire? The rest of them are all 15 or 20 amps.

It's pretty hard to see a lot of detail in your small pictures. Each of your pictures should be its own full size picture.

If the bottom breaker is 30A it's probably too big based on what I can see. It also looks like different style breakers which may be incorrect.

The breaker may be for air conditioning and appear to be oversized compared to the wire size to an untrained inspector. More details are needed.

You also have a Siemens panel and some of the breakers appear to be a different brand. It could be ok, but more details would be needed.

I see two newer breakers that appear to be Cutler-Hammer BR series breakers. The 2nd breaker from the bottom left looks like a Crouse-Hinds breaker to me and the bottom breaker on the left looks to maybe be somehing else. perhaps a GE.

The blue in the report talks about ampacity and wire size mismatch. What does that circuit serve?
