New circuit access through subpanbel conduit

I have a 100A main panel with a 60A (4 slot) subpanel which is flush mounted about 2 feet from the main. The subpanel currently has 2 circuits, a 30A 240V for a clothes dryer and a 20A 120V circuit for a washer. The main panel is full and the subpanel has one open slot.

So here is my question. There is no easy access to the subpanel other than tearing out the wall to gain access. There is access however to the main. Can I run conductors for a new circuit through the conduit between the main panel and sub to access the open slot in the subpanel? Thanks.
