Good or bad wriring (2 switchs)
Here is some picture. The black goes through the left sw, then the red is on the one on the right alone, no round. Also had 2 slack screws. I am concerned. How it should be correct?

To start with you do have ground conductors in that box, they are the uninsulated copper wires you see in the pictures. It certainly hard to tell from your pictures what you really have it without more information it's even hard to guess!

Back stabbed devices do not use the screws. They rely on tension to retain the conductors.

Yes I want to know if it's correct, so far I understand I don't need to screw when it's plugges in the back and I need to put the ground on.
