How can I make this?? Help please!

So, this is probably something simple(at least I'm hoping) but I have no idea where to even start.
Can someone walk me through the process of making something like this? Name: 2015-12-03.jpg

It's easy! Just gather up all your materials and put them together.

Looks like a three-step pedestal with three light fixtures mounted and controlled by a single switch. The only tricky part I see is wiring the center fixture.

You can get lamp parts at any home center or hardware store...cords, switches, bulb holders, etc. Beyond that it's a matter of drilling holes and mounting the parts where you want them. Make sure the bulbs aren't close to anything flammable. Personally I'm not a big fan of home made light fixtures due to possible fire hazard and lack of safety testing; I would only recommend use of a UL listed fixture from a factory.

I just need to stand, not the lights on it. Just the outlets and box.

Can the receptacles be exposed on the back side of the box? i was thinking of mounting a power strip on the back of the box.
