Garage Heater Proper Circuit Breaker and Wire Size

I'm going to install an electric garage heater and need some help. My heater is 5000 watt, 240 volt, 21 amp. I'm thinking a 40amp Circuit and 8/2 wire or can I get by with a 30amp circuity 10/2 wire?

What size metal conduit will I need?

Thanks,

Kyle

125%x21a=26.25a so #10 on a 30 amp breaker should be okay.
