Generator Transfer Switch, neutral wire on muliple Load Centers

Hi, I'm installing a Pro/Tran 2 transfer switch.
It's an old house so I have 2 separate main load centers (one of these has a sub-panel, too).
Each of these 3 panels has breaker circuits that I want to wire to.
My question is:
Do I need to splice the neutral wire from the generator and connect to each individual load center box, or just connect it to one of them?

Thanks

For that type of transfer switch, all of the transferred circuits need to originate from the same panel. You'll need to rearrange or rewire the existing circuits accordingly.
