Warm Tiles Control clicking

I have warm tiles (model FTTKSB) in our master bath. The system has worked great for 15 years. This year, it heats fine, but when it cycles off, it gives a click and the light blinks red once about every 30 seconds. It doesn't appear to recycle into the heating mode with the light on red continuously. Can you tell me if this is likely a control problem or a thermostat under the tiles problem?

I need to know what controller that is using. Is it one of the programmable ones ?
See if you can locate a model number on it.

I can't locate a model number on the outside anywhere, but here is a picture. It is programmable only in the sense that it allows that it allows three operating options (ODW) "O" means it operates all the time. "D" means that it sets back (shuts off) at night. "W" means it sets back at bedtime each night and for 7 hours during the day on weekdays.

Have you been able to locate any information that might help? I am almost certain that it is this thermostat that is the problem. When the heat is first turned on, the red light comes on and the floor heats. It is when the tiles reach temperature and the thermostat turns off that the clicking and light blinking occurs.

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for reminding me. I've found some information on your thermostat. The following is a PDF link for your thermostat.
