3W switched outlet to always on
i have a switched outlet controlled by 2x 3way switches. How do I change at either of the switch boxes to make the outlet always on?

If that is only outlet controlled by the switch, just find hot wire in the switch and wire going to the outlet. Then disconnect from switch and connect them together.
If the outlet is duplex and one of them is always on, then you can pull the outlet, remove wire from hot side of switched outlet and cap, jump between non-switched out and switched outlet.
3 way switch is wired this way.

Im sorry, im a bonehead... please explain further.
Theres a common and the two travelers at each switch. What do I connect to remove both switches and make it always live?
I am assuming I have to test continuity from hot side of outlet to each of the travelers.... then connect common (hot) to that traveler. cap the rest and remove the switches?

The traveler colors usually are the same at both ends.
Connect the common wire at each end to the same traveler.
