Adding New Nonswitched Outlet from Light Switch

First of all, I did a search on here and did not find what I am looking for. I would like to add a new electrical outlet approximately 3 feet below an existing light switch. I want the new outlet to be hot all the time. How do I safely do this? Thanks in advance for any help!

What wires are in the switch box? If this is a kitchen or dining room code does not allow mixing lights and receptacles.

Thanks for the response. I took another look at this and have decided it is more than I care to tackle. Thanks anyway.
