Electrical and plumbing in the same pipe??

Hi everyone.
I am trying to find out is this is to code or not.
From my basement to my garage about 30ft away there is white 3" PVC pipe running underground. I was wondering if I could feed electrical, and 1 pex water pipe through it so I could have both a sub panel and water in the garage.
Thanks

As long as the electrical is a cable (UF-b), and the pipe is at least buried 24' down, I do not see an issue with using the 3" as a sleeve. I hope the PVC is a straight run with no 90 degree bends.

Thank you for the reply. The pipe is well below 24", as for the 90 degree bends I am not sure as it is all underground. None the less I assume with a 3 inch sleeve I should not have any issues feeding it through.
