Capacitor charge time ballpark

I have an RV with a 120 volt, 11000 BTU roof air that has had a hard start capacitor added to it.

I know there are instruments and calculations to figure this out, but I do not know how many farads the capacitor is, it was added to be able to start the ac with a small generator..

All I need is a ballpark figure, you know does it take the capacitor 30 seconds to reach full charge or does it take 3min, five min. It is plugged into a 20 amp 120 V house receptical at the moment.

A capacitor connected across a 120vac line is constantly charging and discharging.... all under one second.

I believe it's charged in 1/30th of a second and discharged in the second 1/30th of a second for 60hz AC power.

A hard starting cap would need to be placed in the compressor start line.... not across the main power line to the A/C.
