WeMo light switch and neutral wire

Hi,

I bought a WeMo light switch to use for controlling my exterior lights. I currently have a programmable switch in there (which I can barely see the letters to program it).

I pulled out the old switches in the box and noticed the neutrals pushed to the back of the box, in a wirenut -- and there are about 5 or 6 wires in that nut already. Do I just open up that wirenut and add the new switch wire? Seems like it would be awfully tight.....

Also, the old switch did not have a wire going to this bundle of neutral wires.

Thank you!

Yes. Use a gray or blue wire nut if there isn't room.

Neutrals aren't switched. If it isn't lighted or contain electronic circuits it won't have a neutral.
