Looks like a PC cord that plugs into a monitor or PC. Google PC Cord Extension. I think they may be called C13

The cord is an IEC C13 and the corresponding inlet is an IEC C14.

Main question is why do you need a male plug?
That type cord was intended for one thing, to be plugged into the back of a computer.

Would this help you? https://www.amazon.com/Accu-Cable-Fe...KBB4YCVCJ279K4 Or if you need a panel mount just pull one from a junk computer power supply.

Thanks Guys. The plug goes to a lighting reflector. I'm putting together a new Metal Halide Ballast box and wanted to use the same reflector without modification.

I just checked the back of an old power supply, yup that's it. All legal stuff under those lights, have a great day
