Buzzing GFI receptacle

Buzzing GFI receptacle
Every so often I have a buzz sound coming from the GFCI outlet in my hall bathroom. There is another outlet in that bathroom that always has something plugged in, but it does not buzz. When I hear the buzz I press the reset button, and the buzzing stops. I only use the outlet once a year at Christmas to plug in a Santa nightlight.
The outlet is above the vanity.

Is there anything else attached to that GFI receptacle. In other words...... if that GFI were to trip.... are there other receptacles around or outside the house that are dead ?
A GFI receptacle just sitting there connected to power but with no load.... should not buzz.
I have a feeling the buzz you're hearing is caused by the power that something else is using and is being drawn thru it.
GFI receptacles are under $20 now. If in doubt....change it.
