3 way switch for piggy back ejector pump float switch

Got an ejector pump where the float valve gets stuck maybe once every year with toilet paper or other gunk.
Normally you just take off the piggy back switch and connect the pump directly, let it run, then connect all back again to the normal float switch.
We have temporary tenants in this place as it's a cottage and when it has happened, they didn't want to our understand how to turn on the pump.

I'm wondering if there's a way to add a3 way switch on the wall to allow them to do this without having to go into the crawl space.

You could look at an inexpensive sump/septic controller box. They will do what you want plus have the option to sound an alarm when a high limit float switch is tripped. It could alert you or tenants to the problem before anything overflows and becomes a mess.

There is a high level alarm in there at the moment.
I just want to the tenants to be able to flip a switch if it happens.
