Question AFCI breakers tripping randomly

Recently my circuit breakers have been tripping randomly for 5 bedrooms in our home. House built in 2008, so fairly new. Breakers are ARC 15 (pic attached). It generally happens when a light switch is turned on or a vacuum or iron is plugged in, but also just randomly. I was told it may be caused by a faulty appliance, but that is not the case as it occurs at different times under different circumstances and throughout the day.

What can I do to troubleshoot this? Could it be a bad breaker box?

Thank you!

Lance

Are you saying only one circuit breaker serves five bed rooms?

No... I may have mis-communicated. 5 bedrooms are on 4 breakers.

So that means you're having problems with four circuits/breakers ?

It's not uncommon to have a problem with a single circuit tripping.
It's much rarer for fours circuits to be randomly tripping.
