Converting a kitchen 3-way switch

Hi,

I have a 3-way switch in my kitchen. One switch near the living room and one near the sink. Both switches control all the kitchen lights.

How do I make it so that the switch near the sink controls just the light above the sink, while the switch near the living room controls all the lights (including the one above the sink).

Is that possible?

Thanks

A lot is going to depend on how the wires were run. You may be looking at significant rewiring.

You would need to do significant re-wiring along with using relay controls. This would be expensive.
