Mysterious reason behind extremely high home voltage??

Never got a answer if voltage was checked at main panel.

If the questions I posed back in post #13 had been answered this could have been resolved by now.
@Furd I answered it just a few posts below it.
I'm not going to argue but no, you did NOT answer my questions.

Post #23 states the connections were repaired,can we assume the voltages were checked at the line side of the meter after the repairs,with and overhead service drop from the pole to the line side of the meter I doubt the problem would be with that cable,never saw it before,usually faults occure with underground feeders.

Is there a utility pole on your side of the street, not too far from your house, and equipped with a bare copper wire from a ground rod going up to the wiring above?

Turn off your main breaker. Connect a long 12 gauge single conductor wire e.g. THHN from the bare wire on the utility pole to your panel neutral bus bar. Turn on your main breaker. If all the high voltage issues go away then the neutral problem is upstream of your panel.

After conducting this test, turn off your main breaker and disconnect the wire.

Special equipment needed: The long wire.
