Pass & Seymour ground fault?

Anyone having issues with this companies products? I have found one switch that had one terminal that just began to heat/burn browning the wire and failing, just had a 20 Amp 3 pole ground fault with one of the black terminals that was heating, even sparking causing wire to brown and smell and the terminal in both the switch and ground fault just broke a part.
Did find via Safer Products.com many, many complaints regarding this companies products that were made in Mexico and some in China..

Nothing stands out in my mind. PSL seems to be on par with the other brand names; all of which seem to have overall quality higher than the store brands. If you are aware of a recall notice for this particular line, post here and I'll add it to the sticky thread.
