Need help with sub panel location

I've been racking my brain on this. Building a 500 sq/ft addition. Ran 6/3 wire to the addition side of the house with about 15ft of slack. Trying to decide on putting the sub panel in the basement near the crawl space opening. https://prnt.sc/gq4m3q running the wires up and in from the floor.

Or....

Put it in the 2x6 wall in the spare room in the addition?

Yeah it looks like the sub can probably go there, but that shelving unit has to move. Panel clearance is 30" wide in front of the panel (the panel does not need to be centered in the 30"), and 36" out from the face of the panel. The highest breaker must be less than 6'-7" from the floor. Basically you need to be able to slide a refrigerator box up to the panel without hitting an obstruction. Storage of any kind is not permitted in front of a panel.

I'd put the subpanel in the basement.

The resolution of the attached image is horrendous. That's why I'm linking the imgur link.

24" is not enough space in front of a panel. 30" is minimum. The laundry tub is fine, the drain is not.

Hrmm. I was afraid so. I guess the original location it is then. Unless I move back into the addition itself.
