junction box ground question

I have a junction box with six 14/2 runs coming in. What do I do with the grounds? Do splice them all together and pigtail to a ground screw? Because that would be a splice of seven wires which seems like a lot. This is not a new addition so I can not leave a long wire at the end and use a green wire nut. Do all of the grounds have to be splice together or can they be separated and have two pigtails to the same ground screw?

Only one wire per screw head. You cannot have two wires under the same screw. You can jumper two smaller groups together and then to the screw.
