Bonding an aluminum railing

I need to bond an aluminum railing that will be next to our new hot tub with #8 solid copper that connect to the bonding lug on the hot tub. The connection will be exposed to the weather and the house is next to a large saltwater bay, Can i just use a AL9CU lug or should i be looking at another method ? Yes this will be permitted and the final determination will be the inspector but I would like to get it right.

That type of lug should be fine. It's combination aluminum and copper.
Not sure if stainless hardware is best or a galvanized bolt and nut.
