Can I replace a AFCI/BRAF 15amp with a BRCAF115cs breaker?

Yes. The BRCAF115cs is a the newest version and is a combination AFCI that is now required by the NEC.

Your older AFCI breaker protected against parallel arcing faults. The newer combination AFCI breaker protects against both parallel and series arcing faults.
