Question on outlet grounding

Hi all. I have what I think is an easy question. I’m replacing a few outlets in my house. All of the boxes in the wall are metal. There’s a metal clip on the box that has the ground screw underneath it, but it’s a real firm connection. There’s a few holes in the back of the box that fit a green screw. Can I just wrap the ground wire around a green screw and use that hole instead of the clip?
Attached is a pic where you can see the screw in the back and the clip up front.
Thanks!
