Need help with weatherproof box cover
I have had an issue this morning while closing the blank box cover for my junction box, one of the screws broke off. During the process of drilling it out, the screw hole ended up getting damaged. I eventually got it out and now it closes using long 6-32 screws but I’d like to find a better solution.
in my junction box, I see screw holes on far corners. It would be ideal if I could find a blank cover that uses those rather than the ones in the middle (and to be honest in terms of sealing this properly, using the corner screw holes are probably much better).
attaching a picture of my junction box. Bottom left hole (or if you are looking at the non rotated image, bottom right hole) is the damaged one. Just a note there is excess wires there which is why it looks crowded. Its actually 3 pairs of wires nothing else.
