Electrical panel question
Hello! This is a picture of my electrical panel. I can't find anything to tell me how many amps is this panel. I want to install a 30A EV charger in my garage. I have a NEMA outlet that is unused that I want to use for the EV charger.
I don't want to overload the panel or the circuit.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.
Since the main disconnect is 100A...... I'd agree.
That's an old Sylvania panel and it looks to be not only full but heavily loaded.
What is on the 2P60A and the 2P30A breakers ?

That panel uses the problematic Zinsco-style circuit breakers and while it has never been actually recalled there are numerous stories on how they are unreliable.
It MAY be a "split bus" style of panel as well although IF it is the circuit breakers installed are not proper. A look with the cover removed would help in identification.
At any rate, if it were in my house I would be considering a Service replacement.
