Unit Warehouse Heater wiring

Hi, Installing 2 TPI Fan-Forced Electric Heater 10,000 Watt, 34,100 BTU, Model# HF2B5110CA1L . Have them up and ready to wire. Specs say it comes wired 208/240 single phase but can be converted to 3 phase. We have a 3 phase 208 volt panel. I'm just not sure what to do with the wires, I'm attaching pic of the diagram...Thank you for your help.

Commercial work should be performed by a licensed electrician for liability reasons.

Your answer is on the diagram you posted boxed in red (with the exception of A2 which is suspect is off photo) As PCBoss posted, liability issues.

Yes..... A2 is among the missing.
